In our initial consultation, we’ll take the time to understand your budget, scope of works and requirements, as well as carrying out a full inspection of the property. We’ll also undertake a full condition report, so you know exactly what we have identified.

Once we’ve run through the plans, and we’re on board, we’ll set the scope of work for year one, and work with you to ensure there’s as little disruption as possible.

Our Quantity Surveyors will take the information from the initial consultation, and create a plan that works for your property and your budget.

We’ll introduce you to the key members of our team who will be undertaking the work, so you know who is on site at all times.

Once the plan has been created, we’ll come back to you and run you through all the details, and our recommendations for the work moving forwards.

Once we’re on board, we’ll check in with you throughout the process, so you’re never left outside of the loop.
